This document sets out all the rules, rights, and responsibilities that apply to using the wwin platform. Please read the full terms carefully before registering or using the platform.
Important: Opening an account or using any service on the wwin platform means you have read and agreed to these full terms and conditions. You must be at least 21 years of age.
General Provisions
These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the wwin platform and its users. The terms set out here apply equally to all services on the platform — casino games, slots, sports betting, or any other section.

Account Registration
To open an account on wwin, users must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete information is a breach of these terms and may result in the account being cancelled.
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
- Users must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- Each person may open only one account.
- Only one account may be operated from a single household address or device.
- Multiple accounts cannot be created using the same mobile number or email address.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
After registration, or when a user wishes to withdraw above a certain amount, wwin may request documents for identity verification. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be required. Some services may be limited until verification is complete.
2.3 Account Security
Users are responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. Passwords should not be shared with anyone. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the wwin support team should be informed immediately.
User Responsibilities
Every user is expected to act honestly and follow the established rules when using the wwin platform.
3.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets via bots or automated methods.
- Operating multiple accounts with the intention of abusing bonuses or promotional offers.
- Colluding with other users to influence the outcome of a game.
- Exploiting any technical flaw in the platform improperly.
- Conducting transactions using another person's funds or details.
- Any attempt to launder money through the platform.
3.2 Fair Play Obligation

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
wwin offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which users must read carefully before accepting.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A wagering requirement applies to this bonus — the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000; before withdrawing, ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on specified games or sections — this will be stated in the details of each offer.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- A user may not claim the same promotional offer more than once.
- wwin reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
4.3 VIP Cashback
Members of the wwin VIP programme may receive weekly cashback. A maximum of 0.3% applies at Bronze level, 0.5% at Silver level, and 0.8% at Gold level. Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week. For example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the wwin platform are handled securely and transparently. Users must only use payment methods registered in their own name.
5.1 Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (by all methods).
- Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- If a deposit is unsuccessful, please contact the support team before trying again.
- Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals should always be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- If an active wagering requirement exists, withdrawals cannot be made until that amount is fulfilled.
5.3 Transaction Verification
Before processing a withdrawal request, wwin may verify the user's identity and payment method. If any transaction appears suspicious, it may be temporarily held for investigation.
Gaming Rules
All games available on the wwin platform — slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and others — are governed by their own rules. The specific rules for each game are provided on that game's page.
6.1 Policy on Technical Issues
If a game session is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault, the result of that round will be determined based on server-side records. The decision of wwin shall be final.
6.2 Bet Limits
Specific minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game or betting market. These limits may change and are displayed within the game. wwin reserves the right to reject any bet or cap the maximum winnings at any time.
6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting
Odds in live betting are subject to change. The odds applicable at the time of bet confirmation are final. If a match is cancelled or postponed, a decision regarding the relevant bet will be made in accordance with wwin's stated policy.
Account Suspension and Closure
wwin may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Evidence of a breach of any provision of these terms.
- Failure to submit required documents for identity verification.
- A need to investigate fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
- An order from a court or regulatory authority.
- The user requests closure of their own account.
If an account is permanently closed and a legitimately earned balance remains, the return of that balance will be considered after the investigation is complete. If fraud is established, the balance may be forfeited.
Responsible Gaming
At wwin, gambling is treated as a form of entertainment, not as a way to earn money. We firmly believe that staying within limits is important for every user and their family.

- Once the investigation is complete, wwin's decision will be communicated.
10.2 Disputes over Bet Results
If there is an objection to the result of a bet, a written complaint must be submitted within 72 hours of the result being published. Complaints submitted after this time may not be accepted. wwin's server logs and game data will be treated as conclusive evidence.

Changes to Terms
wwin reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or through platform notifications. However, the updated terms remain applicable even if a user does not receive such notification.
If a user does not agree with the updated terms, they may close their account. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
11.1 Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions becomes unenforceable for any reason, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be deemed replaced by the closest enforceable provision.
11.2 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the specific terms of each promotional offer together form the entire agreement between wwin and the user. No oral or unwritten agreement beyond this document is recognised.
